Unreal Engine 5.3 High quality rendering issues

Im having 3070Ti 8gb vram, ryzen 9 5900x, 64gb ram. Im running through a lot of out of memory issues while rendering out even a 2k footage or still image via MRQ. Also a lot of video memory issues in the viewport.
Soon as im about to done with detailed shading and start lighting my scene, the gpu very quickly fails. I have tried multiple ways of optimization like nanite wherever possible, VT, limiting my texture quality. But it always gives me ■■■■ low fps no matter what i do. I mostly do automotive rendering.

And if im somehow able to finish the scene with insane low fps and multiple crashes, soon as i hit renders in a little high resolution above 2k, UE simply crashes. I have tried 1080p with high res 4 tiles, it somehow renders but in ages. Although soon as i change the settings to 2k and 8 tiles, it always craches.

I have tired multiple AA values and CVars.

Am i doing anything technically incorrect or is it just my low vram?
