Unreal Engine 5.3.1 won't start / does not launch

Unreal Engine 5.3.1 doesn’t start. I click the Launch button, and nothing happens.
The yellow button goes from “Launch”, to “Launching…”, and after a few seconds goes back to “Launch”.
And that’s it. Nothing happens, no error message or anything. It just doesn’t do anything.

The last version I have installed is 5.1.0 and it works perfectly.

Any ideas?

I am getting the same issue, just started tonight after installing 5.4 preview. It won’t launch thru Launcher or double clicking the project, neither will 5.2, but 5.1 and 5.4 does load. Any ideas? thanks
