I am trying to use Unreal Engine version 5 on a Dell Inspiron 5379 laptop with 16 Gb RAM and graphics card built into the Intel G7 processor.
I downloaded the “The hour of code” project and I have the following problem:
“Wireframe” view: I can move without problems in the environment with the combination left mouse button + keys e / a / d / w …;
“Unlit” display: I can move for about ten seconds in the environment with the combination of left mouse button + e / a / d / w keys, then the program crashes;
Display “Lit”: I can move for 2 seconds in the environment with the combination of left mouse button + keys and / a / d / w, then the program crashes;
I have read that it could be a windows problem that freezes the GPU processes after a few seconds.
Could you give me confirmation and check if the developers can fix the problem?
