When i drop a texture in a new material UE5 chash and close, i have windows 10 and a nvidia GTX 1060, this is the text error:

how can i fix this? i try TdrDdiDelay - TdrDelay at 60, uninstall-reinstall GPU driver and the engine too, change to DirectX11, update Windows and also it didn’t fix.

Can someone help me please…

I started getting the same issue but for a different access violation and I am unable to even open the project to retrieve my existing work. I am having to start from scratch and recreate the project all over again. I tried send the crash report and trying to understand what is causing the crash from their log.

if I try to copy the existing materials or files from that project to the new project it causes the new project to crash super hard. not sure what I did to start causing it to crash so bad.

Is it with only one texture?

With any texture i drop.
