Unreal Engine 4 Pixel Streamnig - Stuck on WebRTC connected, waiting for video

Hello! I am currently working on a project and I am trying to implement Pixel Streaming. I am currently testing the Pixel Streaming sample project from Unreal. Everything seems to be going well but every time I hit start, it’s just stuck on WebRTC connected, waiting for video. This is all locally setup. Has anyone encountered this issue and how can I resolve it?
