I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble. Based on the information you provided so far, it appears that your GPU drivers are out of date. Please visit the NVIDIA website and download the latest drivers for your card. Once they have been updated, please trying running the launcher again. If you are still having issues, please reply back with your debug logs. Steps on how to generate these can be found here.
