Unreal Engine 4 Logo Animated at loading screen

many games using animated Unreal Engine 3 or 4 in they project like in dvd games
so I want to create at my project when the game loading there will be black screen with animated UE4 the blue logo

There is an option in the Project Settings to define a number of Startup Movies to play before the Game is loaded.
