Unreal Engine 4 - GPU Crashed or d3d device removed UE4

Run the editor with -opengl4 and tell DX to go to hell, this fixed all of my crashing issues after trying absolutely every other recommendation with no effect

In my case, UE4 Editor works in Window Mode, not Full Mode.
But I create new project directly, It’s started in Full Mode. Then GPU crashes…
So before creating new one, I do somethings.
Device manager → display adapter → make intel graphics be unavailable(or other you have) except NVIDIA → Create new project → change to Window Mode → complete compiling some shaders(if there is) → make intel graphics be available.

The crash has been the plaque for me but when i’m Unlit I can get stuff done

well, unity is not free, the free version of unity is not even having the features that unreal have for free, and also unity is not made for archviz. It’s made for mobile games and pc game creation witch is not wrong but I want to be able to use a raytraced light build since the old cpu method is not working for me and not giving the right result. I have 1660 super that should be able to run DXR/RTX. and no im not using the other archviz software like blender that requiers a rocketr scientist and i don’t have lumion since I’m not a millionaire that can throw up 4.000 USD right i in the place. i have same issue with 4.26

I tried Unity. It isn’t a good engine at all. Unreal is love.

I had this error constantly recently, barely touching the project and it would just crash with that error. My solution might be a very simple, obvious solution, but it helped me so maybe it’ll help someone. For me in particular, it was crashing because I somehow had both oculus and steamvr plug ins on. Once I turned them off , it hasn’t crash since.

Same issue here. Got a RTX 3090; 64 GB; Ryzen 9 3950X.

Most time it crashes, if there is a (single) 4K Texture in the scene (4.26.2 - Raytracing).

Hi all. Can someone help me pls? Crash happens constantly with different projects on 4.26 with Nvidia Studio Drivers
I turned on a recording logs. It said following things but it is rocket science to me.
