Unreal Engine 4.8.1 Crashing on launch

Hope all is well,

I’m having an issue after installing UE4.8.1 when trying to launch the engine I get a crash with the following error code.

My original issue before installing the unreal engine was when trying to launch a project with the Oculus rift attached I would get the following

You do not have any debugging symbols required to display the callstack for this crash.

I’m very new to this and if there is any extra troubleshooting or logs needed please let me know.

Get’s stuck on 79%,
Running exe from the following path get same result
C:\Program Files\Epic Games\4.8\Engine\Binaries\Win64

After doing a bit of digging I found that this is a known issue (UE-16177) and that it has been sent to the developers for further consideration. I will be sure to bump the community interest for this issue. Thank you for your time and information.
