Unreal engine 4.8.0 will not load past 35%

I installed unreal 4.8.0 and when I tried to run it. It just loaded up to 35% and has not loaded past that for 30 min.
i have tried to uninstall and reinstall it.

does anyone know how to fix this?

I’ve seen it taking very long on 35%. I’d wait a while longer still if I were you.
