Unreal Engine 4.8.0 download difficulties

I am having serious connection trouble at the moment, is’nt there a way to download “Unreal Engine 4.8.0” manually instead of the client.

Just open the launcher - go to the library tab - add version - 4.8 - install it

Hello . I’ve tried that but it doesn’t appear like an option. It offers 4.8.2 and 4.7.6, and then 4.6.1 and lowers. There’s another way to get it?

4.8.2 = the 4.8 version
