Sounds more like 4.25+ is mostly for those who releases on consoles. 4.25+ was there since day one. I think 4.25.4 will be the next public hotfix release and 4.25+ is there for whoever needs it. It won’t be an official public release. All that is how I understood it - it all might go a different route.
