Unreal Engine 4.25 is missing from the Epic games launcher

I’ve been using unreal engine 4.25 for a few weeks but all of a sudden it has gone missing from the epic games launcher.

I’ve attached some screenshots. You can see I still have 4.25 projects but the launcher won’t let me launch version 4.25… I can only use older versions…

Any ideas?

I found the solution… never launch the epic games launcher again… just create a shortcut to the binary at:

C:\Program Files\Epic Games\UE_4.25\Engine\Binaries\Win64\UE4Editor.exe

Hope this helps others… seems the epic games launcher isn’t that great at launching unreal engine.

ok, this happened to me to this morning but even if I launched just 4.25, it still says that I need a newer engine to launch my map that I know I cant get into.
