Unreal Engine 4.21 Released!

Edit: I ran ‘VT.Lightmaps.GenerateSpaces’ on the console before doing a light build and it seemed to fix it. Not sure why it was needed as it seems it is supposed to come from setup.bat. I am using a custom build, but haven’t ever needed to do something like that and haven’t touched any of these areas. This also seems to have to be run after every engine launch before doing a lighting build, or I get the same crash again.

I’m trying out the virtual texturing for lightmaps and I get this crash (see attached).

All I did was set:



[/Script/Engine.RendererSettings]
r.VirtualTexturedLightmaps=1


Is there something more that needs to be done? I see the file it is complaining about in Engine/Content as existing:
