Unreal Engine 4.20 Studio Beta will not launch

Any help with this. As the title says it will not launch, I see activity after clicking the tab, and then nothing. Task manager shows two processes, EpicGamesLauncher.exe and UnrealCEFSubProcess.exe. I make sure I kill these before I start again.

and I’ve tried switching off my Windows Firewall to make it worth, but all have failed.

I’m on Windows 7, fully specced up machine with a GTX1080, 32gb Ram and i& cpu. It shouldn’t be rocket science to get programs to work, so any help please, anything I’m missing causing a conflict?
