Where or how to download Unreal Engine 4.18? Thank you so much

You can download the Epic Games Launcher here: Download - Unreal Engine . After you install the launcher, you can install different versions of Unreal Engine from the ‘Unreal Engine’ tab of the launcher.

I did, but it won’t let me install. It shows me a window with a warning I can’t install because I have 10.11.6 OS. In order to install it I need 12. Thank you so much for replying!
