Unreal Engine 4.18 Released!

I have a problem with UE4.18. Everytime I try to install, it shows the error IS-PQR160. I have installed the Windows C++ Packages, made sure that Windows 10 was updated and i even ran the programm as an administrator but the problem was not resolved. Is there any proper solution for this or do I have to wait for the next version?

You’re likely missing DirectX 2010 SDK or something similar.
