Apart from installing all the VS product, and now already have the source from UE4 GitHub, I received this error.
Any solution or existing thread for this?
Hi, Iām also new to UE and I had the same problem / error. The fix that worked for me was to run the Setup.bat in the root folder to install the dependencies. Hope it helps.

just run Setup.bat will help you
