Unreal Engine 4.12.2 Installation Stuck on prerequisites

Hello
I try to install Unreal Engine 4.12.2 on my computer but the installation stuck on prerequisites after verifiying the files.
Not sure if I do something wrong , already searched for this problem but unfortunately didn’t find anything helpful.
I tried running the Epic Games Launcher as an administrator too but failed again.One time that the program didn’t stuck
it displayed me the message
"Install Failed
The necessary prerequisites have failed to install.Please contact support.
Error Code:IS-PQR5100
