After further investigation, we believe we were incorrect about our warning that VS2015-Update1 does not workwith 4.10.2, and that we were being overly cautious. At this time, we expect that the VS update should not have any conflicts with 4.10.2.
Currently, yours is the only case we are aware of where a user has had an issue after updating to 4.10.2. We would like to investigate your issue in depth. Can you please make a post in the Installation & Setup section of the UE4 Answerhub with your issue? We will help to troubleshoot it there. Please be sure to include detailed information, including specific error messages and log files.
