Hi everyone,
I’ve been playing Arc Raiders on PC recently and I’m using an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070. For the past few days, my game has been crashing in the middle of matches.
After looking around online, it seems the issue might be related to NVIDIA driver version 591.74 (released January 6). I tried rolling back to version 581.80 from November 4, but unfortunately I’m still experiencing the same crashes.
The crash reports show different errors, for example:
-
Unhandled Exception: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address 0xffffffffffffffff (With driver 591.74)
-
CurrentQueue.Fence.D3DFence->GetCompletedValue() failed at .\Runtime/D3D12RHI/Private/D3D12Submission.cpp:994 Error: DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED Reason: DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG
GPU Crash: Scene > ShadowDepths > Atlas%u > ShadowDepthPassParallel
- hr failed at .\Runtime/D3D12RHI/Private/D3D12Resources.cpp:714 Error: DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED Reason: DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG
GPU Crash: Scene > BasePass > BasePassParallel
There are a few other crash messages as well, but I didn’t copy all of them.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Is there anyone with the same GPU who isn’t having this issue—and if so, which driver version are you using?
Thanks in advance!
