Unreal editor get my network connection laggy

When unreal editor is launched, even doing nothing particular, my internet connection become laggy :

I have a rather good PC, 48 GO RAM, windows 10, gtx3600ti, core i7 6700k, SSD…
Is there anything I can do to understand why this happens?
