Unreal Download very slow with Fast Connection in launcher

Hi, I have some problems downloading Unreal Engine with the launcher.
I am running on windows 7 64, I’ve got very Fast internet connection ( 100MB ).

When the launcher starts, it will run the downloading process but it never goes very fast ( up to 500kb rarely times ) and often stop to 0kb. it will take days to install…
I try all the issue in this thread A new, community-hosted Unreal Engine Wiki - Announcements - Epic Developer Community Forums but no one resolved this.

I link the verbose Log to help

Do someone know this problem and can help me please ?

Hi teranega,

Sorry to hear this, must be frustrating. It doesnt look like the attached log involves a download attempt. Did you run another download attempt after switching on verbose logs? Also would help to just zip up the whole log folder and attach that if possible.

Hi, thanks a lot for the reply, it was bit frustrating like downloading something in the 90’s :wink:

Its seem to work fine today, speed of light downloading for the new 4.4.2 update. I didn’t change anything.

I do attach the logs files by the way, it could help to understand perharps.

Since the Launcher is now working for you I am going to except this as the answer. We will look at your logs however and post back if we find anything that went wrong on our end.
