unreal crashing on launching

I am getting this crash when I want to run unreal engine. I want to mention that I installed it yesterday and since then I have been trying to fix it using different methods I found online but I didnt manage to get it fixed.

This could be due to a GPU configuration, your specs in general, or a corrupted installation. Since the first two are most common, let’s start there. May I know your specs?
