Unreal Crashes on startup with web browser plugin installed

I open Unreal, I want to open Quixel Bridge, I click on it, I get a crash, i look something up install web browser and web authentication plugin and then crash on startup, i disable web browser, and I can make it back to quixel crashing.

I have the same crash but with packaged game and engine built from source.
