Unreal Cook and Packaging Fail

We have an extensive Blueprint class. We think the size of this blueprint is causing the Unreal packaging to fail if we ever attempt to change, adjust or even add any code to this blueprint. Is this normal? Is there a way around it? A fix? Is this even the reason it is happening?
