@Tina_Wisdom Should we be expecting a message or email with a DocuSign form as you mentioned in the private message you sent to winners a few Months back? I still have yet to receive any follow up message or email and am confused if there is anything more I need to do to get things moving forward. If there is anything I can do to speed up the process let me know. I feel bad being so persistent but it’s also crazy to think we are a little over two weeks from it being a year since this contest was hosted and still haven’t got a definitive answer or date as to when we will receive prizes and payouts. Any clarification is appreciated!

I filled out all the forms etc. and got approved but haven’t received any follow up email or clarification from Jennifer so I am confused what else we need to do at this point to get the ball rolling, or if we are just waiting another few weeks for things to process. Any clarification is appreciated. Thanks!

I had some issue with the form, and have followed up on the email but not had a response yet. Just wondering what I should do, as it says not to re-submit any of the forms but I would need to do so.

I am also having difficulty getting a response. Hopefully you can get that resolved. Also hopefully they don’t get back to us and say we have to wait another month.

Hello again everyone! Those who have completed the forms - thank you! There is nothing else that you currently need to do as long as those were completed - we’ll be following up with you all privately in DM once prizes are on their way out. I’ll also follow up with those of you who have questions in regards to the forms to make sure that we’ve got all the info we need to get you your rewards!

Thanks for the update. Still waiting to hear back about the form issue, don’t want it to delay things further because I’ve not been able to submit yet. Just need to know if I can re-fill out the tax identification form. I didn’t receive a copy to submit to the following form. So I’ve completed it, but not able to complete the rest unless it can be sent to me from your end, or if I re-complete the form.

Last I heard was 20d ago, “My hopes is to make sure payment is released by the end of next week with the rest of prizing shortly after!”…and it’s been almost a full week past that, and I still haven’t heard any updates.

I wonder what is delaying them from responding to everyone. I am starting to think we will won’t see any payment or prizes this month…

@Tina_Wisdom @Flak @Amanda.Schade Can you please at least let us know what the delay is? As if the fact that we have all waited over a year isn’t enough, it takes over a month to just get a response from anyone in Epic’s staff. This is ridiculous.
