Unreal Animation Speed Inconsistencies

Hello, I cannot find a fix for this anywhere online and I hope I’m putting this under the right category! My team and I are putting a walk animation in UE4-4.25.4. The walk happens and triggers fine there is no issue there. The issue arises when it comes to how fast the animation actually plays. With the game running in the editor preview, the animations run at double speed. If I open the related blueprint in a separate window and run the editor preview, the animations play at their intended speed. And if we package and launch the project the animations slow down. We have no idea what is going on. Any help would be appreciated.
