Are you referring to Unreal Tournament or Unreal Engine 4?

If this is UT:

  • What steps are you taking to reproduce this error on your end?
  • Can you post your crash logs here? You can find these in \Documents\Unreal Tournament\saved\logs\
  • Can you post your dxdiag here so I can take a look?

If UE4:

  • What steps are you taking before the crash occurs?
  • Can you post your crash logs here? They can be found at \Unreal Projects\PROJECTNAME\saved\logs\
  • Can you open a clean, blank project with no additional content or is this crash limited to one project?
  • What engine version are you currently using?
  • Is your project code or blueprints?

its about UT. there is a xml file in this folder but im not quite sure what to do. should i open it with editor and post the text here?. which file is exactly needed?

In the UT logs file there should be a .log if it crashed. grab the .log, place it in a file, and upload the file here. Can you post your dxdiag here?
