Unreal 5 Software Crashes on Lenovo Yoga Intel Evo i9 - Need Assistance!

Hello everyone,

I recently purchased a brand new Lenovo Yoga Intel Evo [https://www.lenovo.com/sg/en/faqs/intel/intel-evo-platform/] i9 laptop for my game development work. However, I am facing some issues with Unreal Engine 5 that I need help with.

Whenever I launch Unreal Engine 5, the software crashes immediately. I have tried reinstalling the software and updating all the drivers, but the problem persists. I have also tried running the software in compatibility mode and with administrative privileges, but to no avail.

I am not sure if this is a hardware issue with my new laptop or a software issue with Unreal Engine 5. I have checked the system requirements, and my laptop meets all the minimum and recommended specifications for running the software.

I am hoping that someone in this forum has experienced a similar issue and can provide some guidance on how to resolve it. I appreciate any suggestions or advice on how to fix this problem.

Thank you in advance for your help!
