I used the google STT plugin in unreal 4 and it works perfectly fine using the mic but when i upgraded to unreal 5 the STT stopped working i thought maybe the problem was the plugin but the audio recording data is empty meaning that the mic isn’t being used so i checked the system setting on my device for mic permissions and found that it didn’t even access the mic to beguine with. is this a common issue? is there a fix for this?
