Just starting on Unreal and I can’t open it. Every time I launch it it crashes my whole computer. I’ve updated my drivers but would love any other suggestions….
I’m packing…
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 8GB
Processor: 11th Gen Intel core i7-11700 @ 2.50ghz
Installed RAM: 8GB

When you say that the whole computer crash, do you mean that it fully restarts/shuts down? Is your OS responsive at all? I’m asking this mostly to figure out which type of crash log we need to search here.
If this is indeed a full system crash, and you are on Windows, you can use the Event Viewer to review all system events, and pinpoint what exactly caused the full crash.
On the other hand, if only UE crashes, and your system remains active, then we only need the engine’s crash log. These reports are stored in your project’s “Saved/Crashes” folder, or in your local machine at “C:\Users[Your Windows Username]\AppData\Local[Project Name]\Saved\Crashes”.
