With 5.6 legacy composure you could add a CG Matte Layer and create a garbage mask. Now I am using the new 5.7 Composure (which is fantastic) However I am unclear how to mask out an area from my video feed with this new system. I have a SDI live feed coming in but there is something green in front of my green screen and i need to mask that area out so it will be displayed in my video and not be keyed out. How do we mask this out in the new composure? It looks like the composure layers system is setup for this, you can have layers there and set them to different modes like over, under, mask, etc… but I don’t see how to add a plane object in that window to use as a mask.
