Unreal 5.4 Crash when i build lightmaps on a nanite landscape.

Every time I do lightbuild on a nanite landscape, Unreal crashes.
I have tested in 5.3 and 5.4
Create an empty level, create a landscape (default values). Activate nanite on the landscape.
Build lights only and Unreal Crash.

This has been an issue forever and it still hasn’t been fixed.

Select landscape, turn off nanite, rebuild. After rebuilding turn back on nanite.
