Can you get us the crash report? If it’s seeming to freeze up, it could be that the context window is being hidden somewhere.
Crash logs would be useful here!

yes I agree a crash report would be helpful but unfortunately it just freezes up so no trace of the issue, and I don’t see a window hidden anywhere.
