Unreal 5.4 broke my chatacter animations

Hi, so i came back to my project after leaving it in working order an hour before, to find thwt all animations in idle mode (as opposed to when the character has a weapon) are stuck in the A pose.

Since nothing was changed im not dure whats happening. I thought i fixed it when i swapped out this idle animation that had 3 yellow lines on the node, for a normal idle pose, but that didnt work.

The idle animation works fine in the animbp viewport.

Im stumped.

Ive attached some images of my anim graph, around the unarmed part of it. I really hope you guys see something.

Btw if i equip a weapon it goes into the proper animations.

Ok. So i realized that for some reason my character jumps right away as soon as i hit play, every time.

The land animstion wasnt playing. He was getting stuck in the middle of the jump process.
