My download/installation gets stuck at 82%. I’ve tried numerous things from searching the interent. Changing all my settings, DNS stuff, restarting, modifying the engine.ini file. No luck in any of these approaches.

Same thing happening for me. Did you ever solve this?
For anyone else who finds their way here. It does work eventually. Just let it keep running. Takes a while. If the operations bar is doing something, then it is actually still running.
I am having the same issue and have had no luck with fixing it.
