Unreal 5.0.2. unrealeditor.exe - system error

unreal 5 cannot launch,when i click the launch button a screen appears and is titled UnrealEditor.exe - System Error
The program can’t start because api-ms-win-core-path-|1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer.try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

I’m facing the same problem while launching UE 5.3.2.
There’s a pop up window with “UnrealEditor.exe error”.
What should I do?
