Hay guys,
Okay so i`m using Unreal 4 in my everyday workflow all the time . I have 3 more versions installed and i never had a problem like that . After i downloaded the new version which will be 4.11.1 and i tried to launch it , the pop-up screen shows up and starts to show percentage increase. When it hits 100% and supposedly the editor should start , the pop-up screen disappears and nothing starts. I tried to re-install the version a couple of times , but nothing has changed . My other two versions , 4.9.2 and 4.10 are working just fine .
So if someone could help will be great .

Okay i did found the issue , if someone has the similar problem this is how to fix it .
Apparently this problem comes from Substance Plugin 4.11 , which got installed together with the new version of Unreal.
So under Unreal 4.11.1 there is a text “Installed Plugins” , click on that and there you should see Substance Plugin , remove it and start the engine .
