Hi! ![]()

My name is Swapilla, I am an indie director, writer and animator. I’m currently making a massive long-term and unpaid passion project. A 10 episode animated horror series made entirely in Unreal Engine 5.
The series follows Sean and Steph, estranged siblings, who decide to reconnect with a vacation at a Swiss ski resort. Their peaceful getaway quickly turns into a nightmare when they, along with other guests, become stranded on the mountain.
I am hoping to create a cinematic experience for YouTube in UE5 and I can’t do that without someone capable of creating cinematic and immersive sets. So, I am looking to partner with an Environment Artist with great skills at designing sets to help me out.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and build detailed 3D environments and sets in Unreal Engine 5.
- Create cinematic, story-driven locations that support mood, tone, and narrative
- Dress scenes with props, lighting, and environmental storytelling
What I Need:
- Experience working in Unreal Engine 5
- Skills in terrain, architecture and interior design
- Ability to work with snow.
- Good sense of atmosphere, lighting, composition, and cinematic framing
- Usage of nanite and high quality props
What You’ll Receive:
- Before you start working on a set, I will first discuss everything with you. After that, I will send you the script, the location layouts, character blockings and visual references for each set (About 8 sets for the first episode)
- Because I’m operating as a solo indie creator in a region with limited international payment access, I can’t offer a traditional salary. But what I can offer in exchange for your collaboration is that you are completely free to use clips from the finished product for your portfolio or visual reels.
- You’ll be provided with high resolution, cinematic renders and video sequences of your environments used in a finished production
- You’re allowed to post Behind-the-scenes on socials
- You have 100% ownership of your own assets
- You’ll have a massive say in the visual identity of the series.
