Hello, I’m looking for a team to create my Dream RTS game a singleplayer game Inspired by many like C&C, starcraft, and warcraft it is sort of a freelancer thing and we can split the profit between me and one of the selected teams the RTF file should contain details and if you want to do then okay and yes the themes are odd but I am what I am. thanks for reading.

That’s not “hiring” a team. That’s “gathering” a team.
Also, everyone has a dream game they want to make.
You might have an easier time to make a team, if you were clearer about what unique value you bring to the team.
Why should I join your team, rather than make my own, or join some other team?
What successful games have you shipped before?
What unique marketing ability do you bring?
What code and assets do you already have that sizzle?
(And, no, posting a RTF game design document is not “unique sizzle.” Sorry.)
