Whisker Woods is looking for developers to join our team! We have many open positions, including level designers, programmers, sound designers, 3D artists, texture artists, concept artists, GUI artists, etc!
Whisker Woods is an Animal Crossing-inspired game in which you get to play as one of the town’s many adorable animal characters! The game takes heavy inspiration from games such as Animal Crossing, Stardew Valley, and Coral Island, with the animal characters being made in an adorable chibi-kemono artstyle.
We are still in very early stages of development, but we are currently working towards the development of a functional alpha build.
While our devs are currently volunteers due to a lack of funding, we do plan on eventually opening a Patreon, as well as eventually launching a Kickstarter, with the goal of being able to pay developers and fund the game’s development further.
