Unnecessary consumption of CPU

Do you have Real Time enabled during any of those tests?

Hi, I noted this problem, when I load a new project with the minimum settings and a new empty map the use of my CPU
is 24-27%

But when I open the project Cave with the settings of Epic, my CPU is on 15-20%

My Version of the Engine is 4.3.0.
I can not understand why is there so much difference.

Was disabled in both,I tryed so to enable it and dont change the cpu usage.

Wow, now with the 4.3 Realese Version in a empty map my CPU is consume 42-45%

My PC is not a workstation, but I think is a compatibility issue with my type CPU.
My Spec CPU: i3 540 3.07GHz


Thank you for your report. We were not able to investigate this on the engine version you reported, but there have been many version changes to UE4 since this question was first posted. With a new version of the Engine comes new fixes and it is possible that this issue has changed or may no longer occur.
