unknown sound wave is very slow

I was packaging the project and I find these warnings.

Is this sound too slow?

How do I know that a sound is too slow?

And how can I solve the other warnings?
-I executed a “Resave All” and it didn’t work.
-I also ran “fix up redirectors” and it didn’t work either.

The audio problem went away by itself. It must be a problem with temporary files… The rest of the warnings are still there… I can’t believe I have to go file by file saving them by hand one by one to remove the warning… Any more automatic way to do it?

You can use the Bulk Editor. Select all assets then right-click:
