Unknown ERROR: Cook failed. [UE5-03]

Hello Everyone,
I experienced an unknown error after I started Packaging our game after I updated UE 5.0.1.
Converted the origin project from 4.26(successfully packaged)->4.27(successfully packaged)->5.0.3(unknown error/ no packaged data)

I didn’t edit the Project since the first successful build and hope you could point me in the right direction with this problem.

I tried already:
-Used old BackUpFiles and got the same unknown error.
-Reinstalling UE5 (UE5.0.2 and UE5.0.3)
-Packaged with Debug, Development, and Shipping settings.
-I tried other things like reinstalling/ updating Visual Studio and NVidia Driver to the newest version.

The error above says you are missing the package,
This is the reason why the UAT stack dumped and crashed.
I also see you are still referencing the old 4.26 project code from a build on 7th July 2022 and not been rebuilt on the 13th of July.
Maybe Some of the blueprints code has not been converted to version UE5.

I looked for the mentioned GI_LS, animation and material files.
It was an old reference and a long time ago deleted. I had to look at each “Fail to load” event and fix it. Is there an option to update or clean the linked data with the missing file?

The problem was an empty Instance Mesh component in one of the sublevels, which generated a math error.
