Unknown Cook Failure - Help Needed

Hi all,

I am consistently having this errors while trying for packaging.

Sounds like there is a problem with your “trafficsound” asset.

Bad permissions, maybe?

Can be for traffic sound, I removed it completely and run again.

Why the bad permission show up?

Well actually I found the solution,
I cooked all project firstly, and then package it by changing the package mode to shipping. Even it gave me an error with packaging, I found the packaged project on the directory with an exe file. I am able to open exe file without a problem.
