unknown command "RestartByRestartManager"

Hello,

 

When I am reconstructing model that takes long time, it automatically stops and gives me following error:

 

I have windows 10 home 64 bit and I am using the PPI version.

I am using 4k images about 350 in total.

 

What could be causing this?

Does this happen every time and on more projects or was this the first time you have ran into such error during reconstruction?

It happens any time I run “calculate model” and if the construction takes long time.

If I make something quick, small or preview, it doesn’t do it.

 

Can you please somehow disable “RestartByRestartManager” so it doesn’t terminate the process.

In ccleaner I found capturingreality “restartbyrestartmanager” in the startup. I disabled it, and when I rebooted my PC it wasn’t there anymore (normally disabled startup programs remain there greyed out). I saved the content before rebooting. I think there are many lines because I tried to run it several times…

I really hope a quick fix, I am unable to finish my model I already PAID for (PPI license).

Dear user,
you are going way too deep into the issue and I don’t recommend you doing such things. First make sure to try and reinstall RC and to have it updated to the latest version (10403) then try again and if the problem won’t stop occurring please contact and we will try to dive deeper into the issue.

At first it worked. I managed to create the model flawlessly once after upgrade. Now it started doing it again, this is really frustrating. I will contact the support email now.

I’ve been having this issue too.

It comes up whenever i try to import a component, using latest PPI version.

the message from the first screenshot in this thread means that the application was incorrectly closed and Windows tried to open it again, unsuccessfully.

There might be something wrong with the component itself. Can you please share more details about the component and how it was created? Did you create the component on the same machine? 

yes all done on the same pc.

it seemed to crash when after it had imported around 90%.

Currently talking to support so we will hopefully find a solution.
