Is it possible to get a uniform illumination with no cloud shadows and no shadows from the sun? I’m building a map with mutlible rooms and i don’t want any shadows on the walls and the ceilings should be normal illuminated. At the moment they are dark.

Yes, there are multiple ways to do this:
1: In Lumen, make a post process volume and set it to unbound/infinite extent, then tweak the setting “skylight leaking”. This allows more light to come from outside rooms
2: You can go into world settings and disable all time of day managers, delete all previous lighting and make your own lighting by adding a skylight in.
