Unhandled Exception when Aligning Images

Hello all!

First off, I want to say how nice this software looks. It seems like a good option for me, but when I add JPG images there are little yellow warning icons on the thumbnails. I have looked for documentation on this but have found none. Also, after importing images and clicking “Align”, it begins processing, but after 10 secs or so it throws several “unhandled exception” error windows and closes the software.

Our firewall at work may be the issue, but in order for it to work I would need to know the site URL it is trying to hit in order for us to unblock it so it can begin the processing.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

David

Hi David

when it get error not run again RC but look for RealityCapture.log in system drive and send it to muzeumhb@gmail.com will forward it to DEVs

Its possible to send the dataset too ? how much images are there ?
would help better investigate the issue.

For the small yellow triangle is just information the sensor is not in database. And we put just “problematic” sensors there so can ignore it.

When I restarted the software, I made sure to upload the log dump files, but not the dataset. Should I send them to that email in your post?

Yes, you can send it to my address, it will be forwarded to the developers
and have you been able to find the RealityCapture.log ?

Did this problem get figured out, I have the same issue

hello Jayden,
what exactly is it?

Same identical problem happened to me today, I have to scan the face of my family to export it to .obj and then create masks to be printed in 3D against the COVID but it gives me this error during marker recognition.
