So Let me explain what exactly happened. I was Importing a custom character into the content drawer and then it said that there’s some issue in bones and it requires merging bones I clicked on merge, which was the main mistake which lead to all this. Then the log popped up saying something like Missing bones in SK_Quinn bones will be fixed save the save the skeleton. Then I saved it which was another mistake. Soon Unreal engine crashed. Then I started to check hoe to recover previous saves and in few UE forums it was mentioned that copy the files from Autosave folder into content folder (and remove “Auto”). I did the same I checked the time modified and replaced the files with the saved files from the time before the crash (time before I did the import character thing) so I thought this would fix and opened this project in unreal engine it started to crash every time I opened this project.
